All our products come with a minimum 12 month guarantee which excludes accidental damage and normal wear and tear. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Guarantees listed below;

- Diamond rings and diamond jewellery is covered by a 2 year guarantee which protects you against manufacturing faults. This excludes accidental damage and normal wear and tear
- Wedding rings in a traditional 'all-metal' design are guaranteed for life, excluding accidental damage and normal wear and tear. Diamond and other stone set rings are guaranteed inline with other products. Chapelle reserves the right to decide what constitutes a 'wedding ring'
- All watches are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee which will typically be for 2 years. Certain watch brands offer extended periods or even a lifetime guarantee, subject to conditions

We offer a FREE annual inspection and cleaning service on all diamond jewellery purchased from us. We will check for any damage and advise on any chargeable work that may be required. In addition, we will clean the item to help retain its original shine and lustre – all free of charge. Please visit your local Chapelle store with your receipt and/or proof of purchase.

If you do not know the ring size required at time of purchase, we will happily re-size or exchange the ring at any stage within your 30 day change of mind guarantee, thus enabling you to give the ring as a gift and then simply return it for adjusting later on*. *Please note that the ring must be returned in 'new' condition. The above service does not apply to ring sizes outside our standard range: J-S for ladies and R-Z for men. For sizes outside this range, we would need to estimate for the re-sizing service at the time of your enquiry. Additionally, some ring styles may not be sizeable to the size you require. In this instance, if within the 30 change of mind guarantee, we would happily exchange for a different style or refund in full.

Every diamond item we sell is available for shipment with its own valuation certificate clearly identifying its RRP value and specification. Please note, this is a certificate for insurance purposes only, it doesn't grade the individual diamonds.
For all online diamond purchases, this certificate is only available upon request by emailing onlinesales@chapelle.co.uk - please quote your order number. If purchased in store e.g. as a Reservation order, you need to request a valuation certificate from the staff in the branch at the time of purchase.

If you purchase a bracelet watch from Chapelle online, you can have it adjusted for free in any Chapelle store. All you need to do is pop in with your receipt and/or /proof of purchase and it will be adjusted while you wait (or left with them during busy periods). Alternatively we can adjust the bracelet prior to dispatch; please email us at onlinesales@chapelle.co.uk once ordered with your wrist circumference and order number.

We will guarantee the life of the battery in the watch for 12 months from the date you receive your order. In the unlikely event the battery fails within the first 12 months, we will replace it free of charge.

All branded watches and jewellery will arrive with their own official brand packaging and guarantees. If the item is unsuitable and you wish to return it for a refund or exchange, all packaging must be returned in order for us to authorise the refund.
