Singapore is now open

From October 19, 2021, Singapore has now added the United Kingdom to the vaccinated travel lane (VTL) scheme.
People who have been in a VTL country for at least 14 days and have relevant proof of vaccination, will now be able to travel to Singapore without quarantine on arrival if travelling on one of the VTL certified flights.

Conditions for taking advantage of the VTL program
