Do I need to buy my tickets online?
YES! Tickets can only be purchased online.
What If I Am Running Late For My Scheduled Time Slot?
Each ticket will include a date and scheduled time for entry. If for any reason you are late then no worries, simply show up at another time slot and we will honor your tickets. Please don't show up later than 730pm because we close at 8pm.
Can I make changes to my ticket?
Yes you can simply show up to any time-slot or date you wish and we will honor your tickets. You can also email us at Help@JurassicEmpire.com in case you like that too.
I purchased a Dino Surprise Pack. How will I receive it?
Surprise Packs will be handed out at the event when we scan your ticket.
Are Tickets Refundable?
All ticket sales are final without any refunds.
Are The Rides and Activities Included In My Ticket?
General admission tickets grant you entry just for the event tour. For a more immersive experience, you have the flexibility to purchase activity tickets on-site or opt for a VIP pass. This VIP pass entitles you to unlimited access to the rocking ride dinosaurs, all inflatables, and Dinosaur digs. However, certain special activities are not included in the VIP pass and can be accessed via activity tickets, available for purchase at the toy store. These activities consist of: Zorb Ball - 1 ticket, Face painting - 2 tickets, Walking ride dinosaur - 2 tickets, and Excavation station with a take-home fossil- 2 tickets.
How will I get my tickets?
You will get your tickets via email after a successful transaction. You can either print it our just show it from your phone or mobile device. If you do not receive your tickets, PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. If it is not there, simply shoot us an email to help@JurassicEmpire.com
Are pets allowed in the event?
Only service animals are allowed into the exhibit.
