There are at least 4 tea shops in Canmore and Banff and if it’s tea you want to try, taste and buy, Banff Tea is the stand out of the four.Other places either do tea as a sideline, or as a tourist trap but Banff Tea is run by people who genuinely care about tea, and can not only recommend teas and give you a sample, but just also make you a fresh tea on the spot to take with you.

I bought tea from them when visiting Banff 12+ years ago, and their Banff All Day Breakfast tea is so amazing that I still order it online pretty frequently despite living near other tea shops.

Love this place, my favorite tea is the Grapefruit Earl Grey, so good, my number one stop in Banff, I always go when I'm in Canmore and Banff.

I've been buying tea from Banff Tea Co for a long time now. Never ever less than a pleasant experience. Great selection and taste. They usually have some tea sample up front for you to try. My favourite is Cream of Earl Grey. Relaxing tea? Or sleep aid? Try Knock Yourself Out and/or Sweet Dreams of Banff.
