Real Client Results
I am not your typical client. I have committed to a “hybrid” approach to my daily food routine. Two of my three daily meals are plant-based. I originally decided to try the Sweet Pea meals as part of my plan to lose weight. I am a large person (6'7") with a big appetite. “Traditional” diet programs have always left me in a state of starvation. This would ultimately lead to me gradually regaining much of the weight I had lost.
This has changed.
Your meals are not only delicious, they are quite filling. Based on that, and in conjunction with drinking a great deal of green tea, I have lost 30 pounds in two months. I have also started to prepare my own plant-based meals as I transition further towards a healthier lifestyle.I may be driving all the way from West Bloomfield to pick up my meals on Sundays, but I consider it the road to dietary and health success.
