Magical place

Magical place, we do not know how this establishment does it, but we were completely zen and relaxed after visiting this place. Super friendly and helpfull staff. I want to thank the staff and management and special thanks and compliment to the head chef as well.

Great experience

Great experience and value for money was there! Rooms are gorgeous, breakfast included (delicious), they offer a complementary service of afternoon tea (coffe/tea+finger food).
During our stay they surprised us with rose petals in our bath and stone jewelry gifts.
Views are fantastic and floating breakfast is definitely worth a try!
Would definitely recommend.

Perfect holidays at hanging gardens of Bali

I wanted to make my honeymoon in Bali extra special, because my wife and I travel often and review lux hotels on Instagram. So when I was researching for where we should stay on our honeymoon in Ubud, I vetted many places. Hanging Gardens continuously came up as the #1 boutique hotel in Bali. For about a week, I watched their content on Instagram to get a feel for the experience and seeing the romantic things I could do for my wife here made my decision to book easy. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, elegant, romantic, and peaceful. This hotel is located deep in the Ubud jungle where all you can hear are birds, geckos, and crickets. Our villa had a private pool which we had a floating breakfast at one morning! That’s a must-do experience and will be a highlight of how we remember Ubud. The Hanging Gardens pool is where you’ll spend your days tanning and taking epic shots overlooking the jungle. Yet the #1 thing we did during our 5 day stay at Hanging Gardens is the private, romantic dinner at the pool.

Incredible experience, excellent service and very attentive people. One of the best hotels in the world, the rooms are very nice, the restaurant is very good, the views are wonderful and there is a very pleasant atmosphere, I highly recommend everyone to come and see it and live this experience.

The food quality and presentation are superb - probably most elegantbreakfast ever had in my life - the setting is unique in the world. You are totally immerse in the nature - all staff is very well trained - the swimming pool is also extraordinary

Perfect Valentine in the jungle

We spent one night at the panorama villa with my wife and baby for Valentine. It was an amazing experience 👌🏽 The restaurant offers delicious meals and the whole resort team was amazing. Five stars plus !! Big plus: Frank (the GM) is French 🙌🏽

Trip of a lifetime!

The resort hotel of hanging gardens actually exceeded my expectations and they were very high to begin with. The service, from reception to housekeeping to servers for the restaurant and for room service , went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. They greeted me by name, and always with a smile and concern that I was having an excellent time. My masseuse at the spa was excellent. The food at the restaurant was simply incredible and the menu was varied and interesting.

Luxury by all definitions

Reviewing for the first time in years because this hotel deserves it. I was expecting to be impressed with the property based on the photos, but I was even more pleasantly surprised by the service here. While most other hotels are focused on cutting corners to save money, Hanging Gardens goes above and beyond and has taken great care to execute every detail perfectly.
