Ugi/Elfa's customer service is exemplary. Our first board arrived damaged and a few rungs were splintered. I hesitatingly reached out to HomeForDreams about this, fully expecting to be ignored given that this got shipped and transported across 1000s of miles.However, not only were they responsive, they sent me a replacement board at no cost immediately. Very impressed with their commitment to their customers and the fact that my 18 month old absolutely adores her pikler is a bonus. Its a must-have for hyperactive 'quarantine' kids!

Fast shipping considering it came from over seas. Communication from seller was great. Wood was smooth. Directions were very difficult to read and cut off. But we managed to figured it out. Overall great and my special needs toddler loves this!

My daughter didn't like it, she LOVES it! She loves climbing up and down the different ramps and entry ways. Which is good and bad, as she is becoming a better climber but we definitely have to watch her closely so that she doesn't fall or injure herself. She is learning to climb safely while exercising and we really like that. Assembly isn't easy but doable. I recommend having a good electric screwdriver with hex screw bits. The 6-8 ABC poles are labeled on the bottom (flat side). I also recommend screwing in the rectangles with the oval cut out (pieces 15&16) prior to the 11 & 12 as we had two poles that were slightly longer and threw off the alignment. We ultimately had to leave one screw out. Overall we love this product and are happy our daughter does too, thank you!

Love the quality and stability of this pikler! My 18 month old is starting to figure out how to climb it now. It’s solid and has really nice colors that are bright but still classic. Wood is smooth and soft. Putting it together was a bit frustrating, wish the instructions came in color or had more info on each step. With the rainbow rungs it was difficult to figure out which way was up or down to put it together correctly, and I had to redo it about 4 times.
