About David Fletcher

New Home Co-Broker Academy Founder

David Fletcher, a retired Realtor and a Lifetime Achiever with Keller Williams, spent his entire career recruiting, training and supervising onsite sales teams for more than 70 communities. 

His sales teams sold more than $3 billion, with about 50% of the sales made by Realtors. He has walked through the valleys of six recessions on the way to the new home sales mountain top. 

David served as project manager of one of the largest condominium communities in Florida, Bay Island, in St. Petersburg, Fl. He wrote the book "Condominium Sales and Listings", chaired the Florida Home Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council, and was named a lifetime achiever by Keller Williams Realty International.
