At S3 Studio Elsternwick we focus on small group classes, with only 8 beds in our Reformer studio, to allow for individual attention.

Our aim is to provide you with a whole body workout focusing on Stretch, Strength and Stability which utilises a holistic and evidence-based approach.

S3 Studio also offers clinical allied health services, including Osteopathy, physiotherapy, remedial massage and clinical Pilates.
