About Us
My Name is David Meyer, I am a proud Alaskan born Full-Time resident. I am a 3rd generation painting contractor. I took up shooting and ammuniton reloading about 15 years ago. Given my lifetime painting experience and my new passion with shooting targets. Also having some experience with fireworks and other brands of exploding targets, got me thinking I might have something here.
After a few months of experimentation, I came up with this new AR 500steel target paint. It is made from similar ingredients used by other brands just put together in a whole new way for an entirely new group of shooters. Steel shooters!
It used to be that for explosive targets that required a high-powered rifle at 100 yards or more, each target was set individually and only worked once. One guy was able to film it and no one else got a chance and it cost several dollars each.
Now with our new target paint, you get dozens of shots out of one target with a 22 long rifle or pistol caliber. When used according to directions one pint of paint will provide no less than 100 reactions with 22lr and popular pistol calibers. All from one pint of paint.

Caution Flammable
Dried film is impact and heat/flame sensitive.
Never place coated targets face to face.
Do not stack targets.
Never carry more than 1 target at a time.
Do not strike or abrade.
Avoid breathing dust from oxidizer powder.
Mix outdoors or in well ventilated area.
Mix on-site at time of use.
Avoid misplaced paint.
Paint targets in place.
Use eye and ear protection and follow all gun safety rules.
Do not store mixed product.
Instructions for Use
Like any paint, surface prep is key to adhesion.
Prepare your steel target for paint.
New powder-coated targets should be scuff sanded.
Used targets should be cleaned with a degreaser type detergent.
Open can and stir contents thoroughly to mix in settled solids.
Gradually stir in oxidizer packet & continue to stir a full minute after. Thorough mixing ensures best results.
Paint on three to five quick coats allowing each coat to dry to light gray and resists denting. Approx 2-4 minutes. Stir between coats.
