My name is Anthony (Tony) Parson, and I have worked in the food industry for over 20 years. My wife, Jamie, has also spent many years in the food and restaurant business. We were born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia and resided there up until our recent move to NJ. Jamie and I have three wonderful children- Chase, Luke, and Payton- who are very active and excited about this next chapter of our lives.
