Having attempted and failed the Keto diet four times in the last 3 years, finding this company has been a godsend. I have a huge sweet tooth, and was getting so sick of the usual Keto friendly bars that all taste the same. I stumbled across DGF on Facebook and thought I’d give it a go. I was over the moon when I tasted the cakes, as I had finally found something sweet that I could enjoy while sticking to my diet. I have now lost 6 kilos in the last month, and know I could n
never had achieved this without my cakes from DGF.

Such rich flavour, and doesn’t have the after taste of sweetners. I can eat this all day!

I highly recommend this bundle as it’s great value and lets you try a bit of everything: cakes, chocolate, bread and wraps. I love the cakes and chocolates and think they taste the same if not better than the normal ones with sugars and carbs but without the addictions and cravings afterwards. The wraps are really handy if you are craving pizza and quick to prepare. In my first week on keto, although I stuck to the macros on my app, I wasn’t sure if I could still lose weight while eating these low carb treats every day, but I did, I lost about 1 dress size in 7 days. Because I had this bundle to hand, it was the easiest diet I have ever done and I think that I can finally make healthy eating a way of life now.

I recently discovered Deliciously Guilt Free - and the goodies are exactly that! The Welcome Bundle allowed me to sample a range of products - chocolate, cakes and wraps. They keep well in the freezer (choc in the fridge) and defrost quickly, which is so handy when you need something NOW! 😂
I love the Raspberry Bakewell slices. I confess they looked very small when I unwrapped them, but I find one just hits the spot and finishes off a meal nicely!
As I’m needing to follow a low-carb diet, I’m eating lots of meals with salad and pure protein. They’re ok, but I’ve found that the wraps take my salads to another level! Only 1.3 carbs each, but they make the meal so much more filling. Great for anyone who’s missing the 3Ps (pasta, potatoes and pastry). I’ve seen people use the wraps as a base for pizzas, too, but I haven’t tried that yet.

Ny first taste from DGF. Less than 3 dqys from order to doorstep. Strong packaging. But most importantly - extremely yum. I was going to have 2 squares and nearly had more. But, 5 mins later the desire to keep eating had gone and I felt nicely satisfied. An excellent product!

I was a bit unsure how these would effect my blood sugar and ketones and at present whilst I’m trying to softly enter nutritional / performance keto did and keto adaptation they seem to be fine . I will continue to review this
