ABOUT OUR POLE DANCE FITNESS CLASSES

Pole Worx started in 2005 in a small Kansas City studio, and we have grown as the world of pole fitness has grown. As an international sport now, we are Kansas City's original, women-only pole and dance studio, except for our all-gender class, Mixed Pole, on Sundays.

Pole dance or pole fitness classes are great ways to get fit without even noticing. Within our studio, it feels like home to many of our students. We form a community so that our members look forward to attending classes; we wouldn’t want to miss our friend's nail that new move! Moreover, we host Bachelorette Parties on the weekend and have monthly happy hour parties.
