Owners Mona and Randy’s journey to reviving the Union Hotel, along with the town of Everett, is a story about two people who followed their dreams – and want to share them with their guests.

Our goal is to serve the type of food that nurtures the body and the mind.
Farm to table offerings sourced from local growers and farms, like Faith and Fortitude, populate a menu that’s affordable and unique.
The restaurant is open for lunch & dinner, Thursday through Monday & Brunch on Sunday. Mona’s, the bar located in the basement, offers a late night menu Friday and Saturday. Wherever you choose to eat you’ll also be surrounded by architecture and decor inspired by the hotel’s history.
