We have traveled many places and without a doubt Hotel Amor Arenal had the most beautiful Casita's that we have ever stayed in. The view of the rainforest and the... read more volcano was spectacular. We saw the volcano at various times but much of the time the view was obscure because of cloud cover and rainstorms. The staff was fantastic. They were all extremely friendly and very helpful. By the time we left, both my wife and I felt that we were leaving new friends. Will, Ron, Cindy, Oscar, and so many others made our stay a time we will remember forever. The breakfasts were very good and a very nice way to start out the day. The suppers we had at the hotel were good.

I thought it would be another way to observe this tropical paradise. Unfortunately, I was more focused on where my next station was than the scenery. At approximately 25 mph, one does not have a lot of time to gawk.
