Circus World

1999-2008
The early 2000s at Circus World saw many changes taking place. One of the most significant marked the end of an era with the final full-scale Milwaukee Great Circus Parade and Train in 2003. Luckily, circus fans were still able to see the wagons with Baraboo parades in 2004 and 2005. Some things stayed the same, such as significant restorations taking place on the world-class wagon collection and performances featuring amazing circus acts. The museum took the show on the road with appearances at the Wisconsin State Fair, and it was also during this time that Circus World began to hold its annual “Circus of Chefs” gala.

I sure do miss the circus train and parade in Milwaukee!

I was fortunate to see one of the amazingly wonderful Milwaukee Great Circus Parades. I loved it. I miss not having an opportunity to see again. I’m sad so many never will.

so much fun! Great times, great performers, great staff!!!
