Italy in April was a blast! We looked at some great wines from all over that great country, new discoveries were consumed, the classics didn't disappoint.
This month we move from the East to the West of the Mediterranean - Spain 🇪🇸
A culture so rich in history with food and wine to match. From Andalucia to Valencia, Catalunya and beyond, we're hosting a delicious 4 course feast. We'll venture through this gastronomic country on our communal table sharing wines and stories as we go.
Four courses, 8 wines - two wines with each course.

Modern Australian Cuisine
"Sometimes cultures collide in the most delicious way. Take Australia, where the food of British settlers has mixed with that of Greek and Italian immigrants and the cuisines of nearby Southeast Asia. Add to that the wide array of fresh seafood available on this island continent and a climate that yields all kinds of fruits and vegetables, all year long. And then there's the Australian attitude: No fussing, no over thinking, just bold, streamlined food made with the best ingredients available and a laser focus on flavor. Down Under, we have a name for this unlikely culinary equation: We call it Mod Oz cooking"
Reviews from locals who love Flinders Lane Kitchen & Bar
"In fact, the dish I most adored here was the sausage roll, with peppery ground pork (a special blend courtesy of the British grocer Myers of Keswick, in the West Village) wrapped in an impeccably flaky, buttery, Platonic ideal of a puff pastry. It wasn’t deconstructed, elevated or fussed with. Just perfected."
