You have always been my biggest cheerleader & supporter...defended me to hell & back since preschool 🤣 and let me become who I aways wanted to be without question. You raised 3 beautiful girls, with very different personalities & needs. You took care of our family through the best of times & hardest of times. I get so many of my traits from you: from our butterflies & rainbows attitude, our humor, our quirkiness and especially our strength. I don’t know many people who could have lost 2 daughters, start a charity in their names and still push forward. You mom, are a true inspiration ❤️ (and dad too...but it’s not his day yet haha).

To continue with Teachers Appreciation Week 🍎, let’s celebrate past teachers like my mom, Mrs. Calpin. Over 40 years of teaching in different schools & grades, she retired from St. Pauls 4th grade. Her students still come in to my shop, telling me how they still remember all the phases of the moon 🌖, the different dinosaurs 🦖 and most still have a love for ancient civilization 📜 because of my mom 🤍

Gosh, who was your favorite teacher growing up? 🤔 I’ve had so many from Ms. Kreusling, my 1st grade teacher at Dunmore to Mrs. Charity, my 7th grade teacher at St. Pauls. Countless professors at Keystone College.

It truly is amazing that it takes one person to believe in you, to see what others couldn’t see. These teachers I mentioned, didn’t see me as a child who talked too much, who couldn’t sit still. They saw me as a vibrant, creative soul. I will always remember their kindness towards me. Neatest feeling? They come in my store 🤍

Did you know that 8 years ago in May, I set up my first cabinet in Wegmans Dickson City? It took me nearly 2 years to be an approved vendor...many pitches & interviews...many phone calls & emails. But I stuck to my guns 💪🏼

Fast forward to today. Nibbles & Bits is now in 5 locations in Pennsylvania with 7 cabinets. It still is a ‘pinch me I must be dreaming’ moment every time I see our name in a store like Wegmans and especially when I see our name on their receipt. I can’t wait to go back demoing my products there...talking with customers & watching their faces like up when they taste our chocolates.

So, we did a thing last week 🤵🏻‍♂️👰🏻‍♀️ We got married in the dreamy city of Charleston with a few of our closest family & friends…and our fur babies Lucy & Gussie 🐶🐶

Tomorrow we will be celebrating with our friends & family locally and so Nibbles & Bits will be closed. Thank you everyone for all your kindness & well wishes 🤍
