Paradise Resort

Tamarindo Diria Resort consists out of three different pool areas. Each one featuring its own style and beauty. All of our rooms are located within one of these three areas. 

Our beachfront pool area is located a few steps from Tamarindo’s white sand beach. It is surrounded by stunning tropical gardens, with palm trees that seem to reach the blue sky. Dip in or relax in own of the comfortable beach chairs, while enjoying the most amazing view of the endless Pacific Ocean and the most stunning sunsets you will have ever experienced. 

Our scenic pool is one of the largest in the area. Gently sloped edges allow you to wade into the refreshing water. This pool is surrounded by beautiful gardens and antic sculptures and features a jacuzzi, a waterfall as well as tiki-style swim up bar. 

The Quiet Pool is located within our adults only Tropicana area. In this area you can relax on one of the lounge chairs or day beds. Tropicana also invites you to enjoy a cocktail at the swim up bar.

Perfect location with excellent service

This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of everything. We literally walked everywhere the entire time and got a chance to try many different restaurants, coffee shops and more. The hotel has plenty of beds to lay down close to the beach and the bar is close by. Service staff was excellent, from the servers to the housekeeping staff. Would 100% recommend it.

I would say the hotel provides very good customer service!

I slept very comfortably in the room and found everything very clean. I liked it a lot. Highly recommended; I loved the yoga class, I learned a lot indeed. Vanessa is a very good teacher. I will be back soon for my vacation. It was a very good experience in Costa Rica. It's in my plans to return with my family and enjoy the well-being that the hotel offers. Thank you very much for your attention and professionalism.

Relaxing in Costa Rica

Best place to stay at Tama beach. Right on the water so you feel the breeze.
Everyone makes you feel at home. Easy access to all kinds of restaurants. Lots of beach activities. Plus assistance with all of the local attractions: Ziplines, river safari's, wild animals.

We loved Hotel Diriá. 

This was our first trip back to the area in over 20 years, and Hotel Diriá was a beautiful place back then too. The outdoor spaces are so well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. In Costa Rica, Hotel Diriá is very lovely. It is a dry tropical area with many wonderful creatures... we saw raccoons, monkeys, giant lizards, geckos, beetles, and more! Also, if you stay at Hotel Diriá, be prepared—it is in the center of town, it is also a great experience with so much to see and do! We would definitely return!

Tamarindo Diria is deliriously fun!

Tamarindo Diria offers everything for everyone. It's the best place to stay in Tamarindo. It has a quiet pool and a beachfront pool, beachfront access, buffet breakfast, and a tour desk. This was the 2nd time staying at the Diria and we will be going back. Enjoy the monkeys and quiet pool on the backside. Newly renovated rooms, as well as oceanfront rooms, offer variety.
