This is one of my students' favorite units. They love trading stocks and seeing their value increase or decrease. I love that students are learning about spreadsheets and interpreting information while having fun.
Every TechnoKids Curriculum project I've used has the most detailed instructions, user friendly instructions and well laid out (with images) examples possible. It's easy to see that teachers have created all of the curriculum.
The TechnoKids programs has been a great asset to my curriculum. It is used along with other resources to aid the students in mastering their Microsoft Office skills in preparations for the Microsoft certification exams in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. The content is relative, yet rigorous enough to maintain student interest even at the 11th and 12th grade level.
My students are thoroughly enjoying the TechnoKids curriculum! For many, technology is their favorite class.
I love how easy it is to navigate the materials. The teacher guides and student workbooks are laid out in a way that even the most novice computer teacher or student can follow along and create the projects. I also love all the optional activities added along the way for students that are more advanced or those who want to give themselves a challenge.
