I’m on the fence about the subscription. Loved the quality of the tshirt, enjoyed trying new protein bars and snacks but wasn’t in love with everything. Willing to try again to form my opinion!

Love the first box. I did have to switch my shirt size but I loved the design.

I really liked my first box. Had some good stuff in it.

My daughter loves the Lift Box! Your customer service is great. I needed to change t-shirt sizes and they were able to assist me immediately.

I struggle hitting my protein goal, I wish the snacks had more protein in them to help with that.

I love the shirt and everything that came with the box. Helped out greatly.

I was so excited to receive my Lift box. I loved all the products, especially the drink mixes. I can't wait to see what next month has in store.

I was very grateful for the sampling in the lift box. I have already found a protein powder that I enjoy, but I have yet to found a pre-workout or even to have tried one yet. In this month sample box I received two different flavors from the same brand for pre-workout mix. I delightedly prepared one of the flavors into my water before my workout dance class. Not even 10 minutes after I had ingested a good cup of the Pre-Workout I started to feel pins and pricks in my hands and on my chest and I felt very warm. I at first was alarmed and thought I was allergic to what I just ingested. But instead I googled side effects of pre-workout and low and behold the beta alamine that is in most pre-workouts can cause side effects just like I was experiencing. So thanks to the sample box I now know that I need to stay away from that certain ingredient in pre-workouts. Saving me from buying a whole container of pre-workout that I would be unable to drink because of the side effect. So thank you lift box for offering high quality samples of products to test and try to make sure we enjoy before we lay down the big bucks on products!

Received my first box a couple of weeks ago and was tickled. It had the best hydro packets and great protein bar. I'm so excited to see what's in my May Box

This box was loaded with treats! The “shred season”tank top was awesome! The boxes are well worth the money! Waiting on the next box!!

This was my first box and honestly I was a little skeptical about it at first, the minute I opened the box I absolutely fell in LOVE! they had amazing products and supplements inside and I don’t know why I didn’t subscribe sooner! So excited for May’s box to get here!
