easyfeedback is a do-it-yourself online survey tool that can used by companies or private users to create and conduct surveys. In addition, the easyfeedback survey software offers extensive functions to evaluate the results of the surveys.

It can be used in many areas: employee surveys, customer surveys, 360 degree feedback, seminar feedback, event feedback, forms and quizzes.

The real-time creation of surveys and the evaluation of the results is a great advantage over telephone or paper surveys and saves a lot of time and money compared to manual creation and evaluation.

And the easyfeedback survey platform offers over 70 survey templates that make it easier to create surveys and inspire for new surveys.

To create your own survey, questionnaire or feedback form, you need your own easyfeedback account. If you have not yet created an account, you can register here for free.

As soon as you log in to the survey tool, you can directly start creating a new survey. Either start with a blank survey or use our templates and adapt them to your needs.

When creating and editing a survey, you can add new question types, images, videos, texts or audios at any position and thus design the flow of the questionnaire. Filters and jumps or logics also give you the possibility to change the questionnaire flow individually according to the answering behavior of the participants. In this way, each participant receives only the questions that are relevant to them.

After creating the questionnaire, you can still give the survey an independent design. To do this, simply use the layout configurator. Here you can customize colors, font and background image as well as upload a logo.

Once the survey is created, you can invite participants via the survey tool. Either via link, social media, email, website integration or QR code. We offer you a wide variety of options.

Create survey – summary:

  1. Sign in to the easyfeedback survey tool for free.
  2. Create a new survey with or without template.
  3. Create the questions via the questionnaire editor.
  4. Create a design for the survey.
  5. Invite your participants and get answers to your questions.

Basically, you can create surveys for free with the easyfeedback survey tool. The number of surveys is not limited. However, a maximum of 10 questions and 100 participants per survey are possible.
Regardless to your plan, however, data protection is always included. There is no distinction between free and paid plans.

If you want to use filters and jumps or logics, you need at least the starter tariff. From this tariff on, there is also no limit to the number of questions and up to 500 people can participate in the survey. From the Starter tariff you also get access to the result filters and can export the results in all formats.

If you want to use comparisons within the results or need the anonymity function, then the Business tariff is the best choice for you. Here you can invite up to 5,000 participants per survey and benefit from many additional features.

The tariff with the largest scope is the Company tariff. Here you can invite up to 25,000 participants per survey (limit can also be waived), furthermore result comparisons and the creation and sharing of own reports via link are possible. You also get three user accesses and can work with the easyfeedback software in a team or across teams.

You need more functions and services. No problem. You can upgrade to the tariff of your choice at any time – even if the survey has already been published.

To upgrade, simply click Upgrade in the survey tool, select the appropriate plan, and place the order. After ordering, you will immediately get access to the advanced features and can use them for your survey.
